If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Policy:
• Notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
• Fresh and perishable items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Perishable Items Include (but are not limited to):
Proteins & Seafood
• Fresh fish (whole or cut)
• Smoked fish
• Fresh meat (beef, goat meat, lamb, etc.)
• Chicken, turkey, and other poultry
• Snails
• Shrimps, prawns, crabs
• Eggs
Fresh Produce
• Vegetables (leafy or fresh)
• Fruits
• Fresh peppers, tomatoes, onions
• Fresh herbs
Tubers & Roots
• Yam
• Cassava
• Potatoes
• Sweet potatoes
Dairy, Chilled & Frozen Items
• Fresh milk
• Yogurt
• Cheese
• Butter
• Frozen fish
• Frozen meat or poultry
• Frozen vegetables
• Ice cream
Processed Fresh Foods
• Cut, cleaned, or washed items
• Items sold loose or unpackaged
• Any item requiring refrigeration or freezing
• Issues with fresh items must be reported with photo or video evidence.
• Items must be received in good condition at delivery.
• Items that have been cut, cleaned, cooked, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Eligible Solutions:
Depending on the issue and after review, we may offer:
• Replacement – where an item was damaged, spoiled on arrival, missing, or incorrect.
• Store credit – where a replacement is not immediately available or appropriate.
• Refund (where applicable) – issued only for confirmed errors or quality issues at delivery and approved after review.
